Payments

Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, photos, account access and feedback needed to complete the work.
Marketing Results
We work to improve lead flow and marketing performance, but we do not guarantee exact rankings, lead volume, revenue, booked jobs or return on ad spend.
Third-Party Platforms
Advertising platforms, hosting, analytics, phone, SMS, email and CRM services are controlled by their providers and may change pricing, access, policies or availability.
SMS And Communications
By contacting us, you agree that we may call, email or text you about your inquiry and services. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
Intellectual Property
After full payment, client-specific final deliverables are transferred according to the written agreement. We retain our internal tools, systems, methods and reusable materials.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service.
